 Insurance

In an effort to provide you with affordable psychotherapy/counseling services, I accept limited insurance and I am in-network provider for the following insurance panels:

If you have mental health insurance coverage and I am in-network, then you will be charged your co-pay (determined by your insurance company).  If I am out-of-network for your particular insurance coverage, then you will be asked to pay my standard therapy fee. Your insurance company may reimburse you a portion of my cost (if you have out-of-network benefits).

PLEASE understand your benefit plan by calling your insurance provider. Questions to ask:

Am I an in-network or out of network provider?
If I am an out of network provider, how much does your plan cover?
What is your deductible and has it been met?  What is your co-pay?
Is pre-approval required? How many session are covered?
